Welcome to Adorn by Sarah Bishop.

Having worked in textiles, wearable art and jewellery making for a number of years Sarah has begun designing and digitally printing her own fabrics based on images from her vast collection of antique French postcards. The Adorn by Sarah Bishop range features these fabrics in a range of one off garments, unique scarves and accessories.

Sarah enjoys creating artworks that tell a story, whether it is reconstructed antique laces created into new textiles or jewellery pieces that invite the viewer to look closely and imagine some aspect of the past. She likes to use small treasures to add a sense of uniqueness or whimsy.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Fine Art and Diploma of Education from the University of Tasmania.
